ERP Integration Manager

Atlanta, GA 30309, US Contract
Compensation: $50 to $60 Hourly

We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager to support a growing enterprise team. This position is ideal for someone who can connect business needs with scalable ERP and Workday solutions across HR, payroll, finance, and related operations. The role centers on system configuration, integration design, process improvement, and close collaboration with stakeholders to strengthen performance and usability. You will play a key part in guiding implementation activities, improving workflows, and helping teams adopt best practices in a complex business environment.


Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to define priorities, capture requirements, and shape practical ERP and Workday solutions.

• Configure relevant system areas across HR, payroll, benefits, time tracking, and financial functions to align platform capabilities with operational needs.

• Design, build, and support integrations using appropriate Workday and ERP tools to ensure reliable data flow between systems.

• Convert business objectives into functional specifications, technical approaches, and clearly documented workflows for delivery teams and end users.

• Coordinate testing efforts, including user acceptance activities, issue resolution, and go-live readiness to support successful deployments.

• Investigate production problems, troubleshoot configuration or integration issues, and implement sustainable fixes that reduce disruption.

• Develop and maintain clear documentation for system setup, business processes, integration logic, and support procedures.

• Provide training, guidance, and best-practice recommendations to users and client teams to improve adoption and maximize system value.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Support change initiatives and strategic planning discussions by identifying opportunities to enhance ERP capabilities and business efficiency.


Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working with Workday in HR, payroll, financials, or related enterprise modules.
• Proficiency with Workday integration and development tools, such as Studio, core connectors, or comparable technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and system solutions.
• Experience producing business requirement documents, technical documentation, and process materials for enterprise applications.
• Strong background in stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms or related technologies, including tools such as Epicor, Oracle NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of change management practices and experience supporting testing, rollout, and post-production support activities.
• Exposure to technical concepts such as ABAP or other enterprise application development frameworks is a plus.

Compensation

$50.00-$60.00 Hourly
