Senior HR Generalist (Contract)
Location: Monroe, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Duration: Approximately 90 Days
Compensation: Up to $31.00/hour
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking a hands-on Senior HR Generalist to provide immediate support across key Human Resources functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing employee support, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance-related responsibilities while making an immediate impact.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure a positive new hire experience
- Provide support related to employee leaves of absence and workplace accommodations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with HRIS administration and employee data management
- Partner with leadership and employees on day-to-day HR matters
- Support compliance with federal, state, and company policies and procedures
- Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Knowledge of leave administration and workplace accommodations
- Experience working within HRIS platforms; BambooHR experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
