Class Action Paralegal
Our client a nationally recognized class action law firm is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work on a cutting edge practice supporting multiple attorneys.

Qualifications:
Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, review, productions, privilege logs, and e-discovery coordination.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests under attorney supervision.
• Organize and maintain case files, calendars, and litigation deadlines across multiple active matters.
• Prepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial by organizing exhibits, deposition binders, witness materials, and case documents.
• Coordinate deposition logistics, including remote depositions, court reporters, and videographers.
• Proofread and format briefs, motions, and other court filings, including tables of contents and authorities.
• Electronically file documents in federal and state courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.
• Assist with settlement administration, damages summaries, and mediation materials.
• Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw, PACER, and other legal research platforms.
• Communicate professionally with clients and maintain organized electronic case files using document management systems.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience supporting complex civil litigation and managing large volumes of discovery.
• Strong e-discovery experience, including document review, productions, and privilege logs.
• Experience with electronic filing in federal and state courts.
• Proficiency with Westlaw, PACER, Microsoft Office, and document management/e-discovery platforms such as iManage, Everlaw, or Relativity.
• Excellent proofreading, cite-checking, and legal document formatting skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation practice.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and legal staff.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when trial schedules or case demands require.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with complex commercial litigation, class actions, employment litigation, or other high-stakes civil litigation.
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation
