Concierge 2
Responsibilities:
• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests while providing attentive front-of-house support and a consistently high level of customer service.
• Manage workplace service programs such as visitor badges, building access coordination, lost-and-found requests, luggage storage, and routine shared-space checks.
• Partner with conference services and administrative teams to help organize site events and ensure a smooth onsite experience.
• Respond to building-related issues by routing concerns to the appropriate teams and submitting service requests for items such as facilities, janitorial support, mail services, copiers, parking, badging, and meeting spaces.
• Work closely with colleagues across multiple support functions to resolve issues quickly and maintain seamless daily operations.
• Contribute to special projects and workplace initiatives designed to improve engagement, efficiency, service quality, and overall client satisfaction.
• Use sound judgment to address unexpected situations, escalate urgent concerns when needed, and follow through on open items to completion.
• Complete additional operational or guest service duties as assigned to support the needs of the site.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• At least 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, workplace services, facilities support, property management, or a similar client-facing environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, including the ability to remain flexible, dependable, and composed in a fast-moving setting.
• Strong problem-solving ability with confidence in handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience using Google Workspace or similar office productivity tools is preferred.
• Ability to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple requests throughout the day.
• Hospitality-focused experience is highly valued for success in this role.
Compensation
