Staff Accountant
Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organization seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the accounting team during a period of increased workload. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing across multiple accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed.
Assist with financial reporting and audit support.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation
