Facilities Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Maintain kitchens, pantries, and common areas by replenishing supplies, organizing materials, and keeping spaces clean and ready for daily use.
• Support office operations by collecting waste, removing trash promptly, and assisting with routine floor walks to identify service needs.
• Handle physical workplace tasks such as moving boxes, lifting and transporting supplies, and assisting with deliveries throughout the office.
• Load and unload dishwashers, clear catering items, and restore meeting and break areas after food service or events.
• Assist with conference room and event setups by arranging spaces, preparing materials, and helping ensure rooms are ready on schedule.
• Provide mailroom and general office support, including basic coordination of incoming items and day-to-day workplace requests.
• Restock refrigerators and other shared amenities to help maintain a welcoming and fully supplied office environment.
• Engage professionally with clients, guests, and employees while responding quickly to changing workplace priorities.
• Follow direction from the Workplace Experience Manager and adapt to reactive service needs across facilities and office support functions.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in facilities support, office services, workplace operations, or a similar hands-on environment.• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform active duties throughout the workday.
• Comfortable completing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, stocking, and moving boxed or bulk items.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with a detail-oriented and approachable presence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.
• Familiarity with facilities coordination tools or systems such as CMMS or other computerized maintenance management platforms is preferred.
• Experience supporting conference rooms, mailroom functions, garbage collection, or general workplace services is advantageous.
• Business casual presentation, including clean black pants and a dark top, is required.
Compensation
