Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Enter customer purchase orders accurately and submit fulfillment requests to warehouse partners in a timely manner.
• Arrange transportation by working closely with carriers and other shipping providers to support smooth outbound movement.
• Review freight charges and transportation pricing to confirm cost accuracy before shipment execution.
• Track orders from initial processing through final delivery and address issues that may affect timing or service.
• Maintain order records, shipment details, and supporting documentation within company systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to provide updates, resolve order-related questions, and support account needs.
• Monitor daily logistics activity to help ensure service expectations are met across shipping and distribution workflows.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or distribution support.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Hands-on experience with order entry, purchase order processing, and general administrative coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for daily reporting, communication, and data tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with logistics or ERP systems; familiarity with company-specific platforms is helpful, but training can be provided.
• Knowledge of shipping processes, freight coordination, and related documentation requirements.
Compensation
