Health and Safety Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety policies that align with OSHA standards and organizational goals.
• Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements to enhance safety.
• Provide training sessions to employees on occupational safety procedures and practices.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols.
• Evaluate and update safety procedures to address emerging risks and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of safety audits, inspections, and incident reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all health and safety-related matters.
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.• Proven experience conducting safety audits and implementing corrective measures.
• Familiarity with occupational safety principles and practices.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Previous experience in a health and safety role preferred.
Compensation
