Office Services Associate (Repro)

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Reprographics / Office Services Support detail oriented to join a fast-paced law firm environment. This is a hybrid role that combines high-volume reprographics responsibilities with office services support. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, customer-focused, and comfortable working throughout the office rather than remaining at a desk all day. Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume printing, scanning, copying, and binding projects Manage incoming and outgoing mail operations Distribute mail and documents across three office floors Run print jobs and mail deliveries throughout the day (approximately 5+ runs daily) Support day-to-day operations from the copy center while remaining mobile and responsive to office needs Ensure accuracy and quality control for all document production requests Maintain organization of files, print jobs, and mail workflows Provide detail oriented customer service to attorneys, staff, and visitors as needed

Qualifications:

Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and basic Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment detail oriented communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Previous reprographics, print shop, copy center, or office services experience Experience working in a legal or detail oriented services environment Ideal Candidate Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and processes Coachable and receptive to feedback and direction Able to work independently after training Comfortable moving throughout the office and supporting multiple departments detail oriented, dependable, and service-oriented Training & Onboarding Approximately 1 week of hands-on training Expected to be operating independently within 10 business days This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with reprographics experience as well as entry-level professionals who are eager to learn, have strong technical aptitude, and enjoy providing exceptional support in a detail oriented office environment.

Compensation

$19.00-$20.00 Hourly
