Sr. Med-Device Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Med-Device Recruiter to join a growing medical device organization in Plymouth, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for a recruiting specialist who excels in a dynamic environment and can lead end-to-end hiring efforts across diverse functions. The role requires a strong talent acquisition background, the ability to engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels, and the confidence to partner with stakeholders on both domestic and global hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the entire recruitment process for openings across multiple departments, from talent identification and initial outreach through interviews, selection, and offer discussions.
• Build talent pipelines by using a mix of sourcing methods, including online platforms, industry networks, referrals, and social channels.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, align recruiting plans, and adjust search strategies as business priorities evolve.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity updates, and reporting within the applicant tracking system to support compliance and hiring visibility.
• Deliver an engaging and positive experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring journey.
• Contribute to international talent acquisition efforts by coordinating with global partners and supporting cross-border recruiting activity when needed.
• Manage multiple searches at once while balancing urgency, quality, and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Support recruitment-related projects and process improvements that strengthen hiring outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with strong expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition.
• Background in corporate recruiting, including experience hiring for technical or engineering-related positions.
• Prior experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and securing talent for a broad range of roles and business functions.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies, including experience with tools such as ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring teams and engage candidates effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced small to mid-size company setting.
• Exposure to global recruiting practices, hiring compliance, and recruitment marketing or employer branding strategies is a plus.

Compensation

$50.00-$60.00 Hourly
