Trial Attorney (Remote, Local to California)
Robert Half Legal is partnering with a market-leading, plaintiff consumer warranty firm in its search for a direct-hire Trial Attorney. This is a high-impact opportunity for a litigation attorney ready to operate as a key contributor at trial and continue building trial skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle substantive litigation work, including law & motion and trial preparation
- Participate in court appearances, hearings, and trials throughout California
- Manage discovery, including disputes and strategy development
- Collaborate closely with senior trial attorneys on case preparation and execution
- Contribute to case strategy and support all phases of litigation through trial
- 2nd or 1st chair trial depending on experience

- Base salary up to $250,000+ (DOE) + performance-based bonus

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Active California Bar membership required
- Based in California with a willingness to travel within CA for hearings, court appearances, and trial
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong background in motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
- Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload and ramp up quickly
