We’re partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the St. Louis metro area to identify an Accounting Clerk who will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and maintain customer accounts and apply payments accurately
- Manage accounts receivable collections and follow up on outstanding balances
- Support credit processes, including reviewing credit reports (D& B or similar) and tracking references
- Process vendor invoices and assist with check and ACH payment runs
- Record daily banking activity, including deposits and transaction entries
- Provide general office support, including coordinating vendor services and ordering supplies
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers on collections and credit matters
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, dependable approach and willingness to take ownership of your work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team

Compensation
