Bookkeeper
We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper to join a growing team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This role combines core accounting support with purchasing coordination, inventory oversight, and general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing financial records in a fast-paced environment while staying organized across multiple operational priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily financial activity in QuickBooks, including invoice processing, receivables, payables, and account balancing.
• Keep accounting data current and organized by preparing spreadsheets and supporting documentation for routine reporting.
• Monitor purchasing needs, communicate with suppliers, and follow orders through to completion.
• Assist with tracking stock levels and updating inventory records to support accurate planning.
• Provide administrative support to company leadership by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and completing office-related tasks.
• Work with overseas vendors and help coordinate shipment-related communication when required.
• Produce basic financial summaries and contribute information used for budgeting and expense review.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks and strong working ability in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank or account reconciliations.
• Experience supporting purchasing processes and maintaining inventory information.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a small, dynamic workplace.
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to accuracy and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
