Client Experience Specialist

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Client Experience Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and plays a key role in building positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally
• Process orders and account updates
• Document interactions in company systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
