HR Recruiter
We are seeking an HR Recruiter for the New City area. This is a contract role. This candidate would be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers in securing top talent. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (administrative, customer support, HR, and other business functions)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics
- Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and applicant tracking systems
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track and manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Extend offers and assist with negotiation and onboarding documentation
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
