Salary commensurates with experience.
Qualifications:
3+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong foundation in core accounting principles
Solid understanding of GAAP and ability to apply standards in day-to-day activities
Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals
Proven ability to reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and supporting schedules
Proficiency in general ledger maintenance and account analysis
Comfortable working in the details while maintaining awareness of broader financial impact
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
Effective communication skills, including ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Eagerness to learn, take ownership of processes, and grow within the accounting function
