Compensation: $18 to $20 Hourly

A growing, full-service accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to serve as the welcoming face and voice of its Lemoyne, PA office.


Position Summary:

This role is ideal for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing essential support to accounting, tax, and advisory teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly dependable.


Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Additional hours may be required during tax season

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist clients with scheduling, document collection, and general inquiries
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence
  • Prepare, assemble, and distribute tax returns and client documents (requires extended standing during peak season)
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
  • Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed
  • Follow established administrative procedures
  • Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned



Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive information

Preferred:

  • Experience in a CPA firm, financial services, legal office, or similar professional services environment
  • Familiarity with tax-season workflows and document management systems
  • Associate’s degree or additional relevant experience
