Human Resources (HR) Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee day-to-day human resources operations and support a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can balance employee support, policy administration, compliance, and operational leadership in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, and policy administration
- Oversee benefits administration, leave management, and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
- Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Assist with employee engagement, training, and performance review processes
- Help develop and implement HR programs, procedures, and process improvements
- Support investigations, conflict resolution, and other employee relations matters as needed
- Prepare HR reports and support special projects related to people operations
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of human resources experience, including experience in a generalist or management-level role
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations
- Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a plus
- Experience supporting a growing organization or multi-state workforce preferred
Compensation
