HR Generalist
Our client in the tech space is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions and help foster a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for a professional who can balance HR administration, employee support, and process coordination in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and personnel file maintenance
- Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, policy communication, and HR compliance activities
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership on recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and hiring processes
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure timely updates to records and documentation
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR matters
- Help coordinate performance management processes, training initiatives, and employee engagement efforts
- Support compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and workplace requirements
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and other administrative documentation as needed
- Assist with special projects and process improvements to support organizational growth
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a technology, startup, or fast-paced business environment
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance
- Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting a growing or multi-state workforce is a plus
- Familiarity with performance management, recruiting support, and employee engagement programs
Compensation
