ERP Engineer

Onsite | Austin, TX | Contract

• Design, implement, and maintain ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Configure ERP modules to support business functions such as finance, HR, supply chain, and procurement
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop, customize, and integrate ERP solutions with other enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency and scalability
• Support data migration, reporting, and analytics within ERP platforms
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–7+ years of experience working with ERP systems
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance, HR, supply chain, etc.)
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and middleware tools
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
