Marketing Cordinator

Onsite | Austin, TX | Contract

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and print channels
• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content (blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, website updates)
• Manage and schedule social media calendars and posts
• Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Track and report on campaign performance (KPIs, website traffic, engagement metrics)
• Maintain marketing materials, brand assets, and content libraries
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align messaging and campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategy
• Assist with CRM updates and email marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media platforms)
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, email marketing, social media)
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas
