Trial Attorney

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a leading plaintiff-side consumer warranty firm to identify a Trial Attorney. This is a high-impact opportunity for a litigation attorney who is ready to play a meaningful role at trial while continuing to develop courtroom skills in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage substantive litigation responsibilities, including law and motion practice and trial preparation
• Attend court appearances and hearings across California
• Oversee discovery, including dispute resolution and strategic planning
• Work closely with senior trial attorneys on case development and trial execution
• Help shape case strategy and support all stages of litigation through trial
• Serve as first or second chair at trial, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Active membership with the California Bar is required
• Must be based in California and willing to travel throughout the state for hearings and court appearances
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Demonstrated strength in motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
• Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced caseload and get up to speed quickly

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $250,000+ depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus
