Position Summary:

The Bids Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by evaluating, developing, and managing capital equipment proposals from initiation through delivery. This role is responsible for vetting proposal requests, ensuring alignment with company policies, and overseeing the operational and financial components of deals of varying complexity.

Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales and internal stakeholders, the Analyst provides guidance on pricing, gross profit analysis, and deal structuring while ensuring compliance with business and approval guidelines. The incumbent collaborates cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Contracts, Legal, Finance, and Operations to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive proposals.

This position requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, build strong stakeholder relationships, and proactively identify and resolve potential process or proposal-related challenges.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and internal stakeholders on proposal requests, gross profit calculations, and other deal terms.
  • Ensure compliance with established sales and business approval policies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing, to anticipate potential bottlenecks related to new product launches and proactively address gaps.
  • Build strong, productive relationships and feedback loops with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to improve process efficiency and overall stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales-related agreements, as needed, to support and facilitate transactions.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Alexis, and SAP strongly preferred

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 02+ years related experience required
  • Regular and predictable attendance

Schedule: Hybrid model working Tues, Wed, Thurs in office

Salary: $61,600 - $71,600
