The Recruiting Coordinator strengthens the recruiting function by coordinating operational systems and logistics that enable efficient processes and seamless collaboration across departments.
Objectives: |

- Support talent acquisition effectiveness by accurately managing and maintaining recruiting systems, tools, and reports
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of recruiting operations, data, and documentation
- Coordinate logistics across recruiting, IT, and other departments to streamline hiring processes
- Enhance the employer brand by supporting communication, documentation, and event logistics
- Provide administrative and coordination support that increases overall efficiency of the recruiting team

Responsibilities: |
- Serve as a central coordinator for recruiting operations, ensuring alignment across HR, IT, and other business units
- Maintain position list, office location directory, and phone extensions records to support recruiting efforts
- Act as a Workday power user/administrator, ensuring accuracy of recruiting data, workflows, and reports
- Coordinate IT and equipment requests for new hires in partnership with recruiters and technology teams
- Manage job description library and support updates to postings on internal/external platforms
- Generate and distribute recruiting reports and dashboards from the ATS/HRIS
- Support event logistics such as career fairs, college recruiting activities, and onboarding sessions
- Assist with candidate-facing communications and scheduling logistics
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and documentation standards, including preparation for audits
- Perform recruiter duties when needed

Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruiting processes
Exposure to recruiting event coordination (college recruiting, career fairs, etc.), preferred

Skilled in maintaining records and reporting through applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
|
Previous experience coordinating schedules and logistics across multiple stakeholders
Experience supporting multi-location recruiting, preferred
Previous experience with Workday as a power user or administrator, preferred
