We operate in a fully air-conditioned facility, daytime shifts Monday-Thursday ("4/10" schedule) with overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Specialist I - Machine, an entry-level role responsible for supporting basic machine operations such as wave solder, wash, coating/touch up, and de-panel. This position works under close supervision and follows established procedures to ensure quality and safety.  

What a day looks like:

• Operate basic machine processes including wave solder, wash, and machine coating under supervision. 
• Load and unload boards, fixtures, and assemblies safely into machines. 
• Inspect completed work for obvious defects and report issues promptly. 
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance tasks on assigned machines. 
• Follow standard work instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area. 
• Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow. 

Areas of Focus:

• Accuracy of machine operations and adherence to work instructions. 
• Compliance with safety and quality standards. 
• Production throughput and efficiency in assigned tasks. 

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Education- High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions. 
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. 
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods. 
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements. 
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. 
• Manual dexterity to handle boards, tools, and fixtures. 
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. 
• Work in ESD-controlled and machine operation environments. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment. 
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ITAR). 
• Basic mechanical aptitude or technical coursework. 

Working Hours are Monday-Thursday (5am-3:30pm Monday -Thursday), day shifts of 10 hours per day.
