About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management to lead strategy and execution across digital payment experiences within the Vantage platform. This leader will drive end-to-end product delivery for money movement journeys, while building and developing high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional partners across the enterprise.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead digital product strategy and execution for payment and money movement experiences within Vantage, ensuring alignment to business goals and client needs

  • Develop and mentor a team of digital product professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development

  • Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple lines of business, influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

  • Translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing work to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions

  • Partner across product, technology, operations, and risk teams to deliver seamless, enterprise-wide digital experiences

  • Engage directly with clients and internal partners to gather insights, validate product direction, and enhance user experience

  • Oversee resource allocation and delivery execution, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, timelines, and risk expectations

  • Interpret and shape policies, processes, and governance frameworks to support digital product delivery in a regulated environment

  • Identify opportunities to expand or enhance digital capabilities, driving innovation and measurable business impact

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management, product strategy, or related experience (or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education)

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and developing teams

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Payments Experience

  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all level of team members

  • Experience delivering digital products across channels (web, mobile, APIs, platforms) with a customer-centric mindset

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across multiple lines of business

  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing competing priorities

  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance risk, compliance, and innovation

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.

  • This role offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
