Sr. Supply Chain Manager
We are hiring a Sr Supply Chain Manager to join our Manufacturing team!
DISCOVER
This is a high-impact opportunity to step into a plug-and-play leadership role at Sauna360, supporting our growing manufacturing operations in Cokato, Minnesota. At the center of this role is ownership of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, maintaining coordination between sales, operations, and procurement. You’ll be responsible for anticipating what’s coming next, proactively balancing supply and demand while maintaining strong inventory performance and service levels.
You’ll lead a small but critical team (with three direct reports) covering scheduling and purchasing, and partner closely with cross-functional leaders, including director-level collaborators. Reporting into senior leadership, this role requires someone who can confidently communicate insights, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions with data.
This role suits a highly analytical leader with experience in MRP/ERP environments. They understand manufacturing realities and work independently with data. Excel is important for bridging system gaps in this role.
YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT
- Do you naturally anticipate challenges before they happen? Lead proactive, forward-looking planning by identifying risks and opportunities across demand, supply, and inventory, ensuring the business is prepared, not reacting, as conditions change.
- Do you enjoy bringing structure and clarity to complex processes? Own and lead the SIOP process, establishing a disciplined monthly cadence that aligns demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans while creating consistency across teams.
- Can you turn data into actionable operational plans? Translate sales forecasts into production schedules and procurement plans, ensuring alignment across functions and enabling efficient, reliable execution in a manufacturing environment.
- Are you passionate about inventory and production planning? Drive inventory strategy across finished goods, WIP, and raw materials while supporting production and labor planning decisions that balance service levels, efficiency, and cost.
- Do you thrive working hands-on with data in real-world systems? Leverage ERP/MRP systems alongside Excel to analyze data, build models, and generate insights, working independently to bridge system gaps and guide decision-making.
- Do you lead with both accountability and collaboration? Manage and develop a team of three across planning and procurement, while partnering cross-functionally and communicating effectively with director-level stakeholders to influence decisions and drive alignment.
-
Are you comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving improvement? Lead scenario planning and capacity analysis while continuously improving planning processes, tools, and operating rhythms to support a growing and evolving business.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, SIOP, or related roles within a manufacturing or production environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–3+ years of leadership experience, including managing and developing team members
- Experience with inventory planning, production planning, and operational supply chain management

- Ability to work independently with data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, and procurement alignment
- Experience partnering cross-functionally and communicating effectively with director-level stakeholders
