Demand & Supply Analyst

Cokato, Minnesota, United States of America Full time
Reference: REQ53489

We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Manufacturing team!

DISCOVER

As a Supply Chain Analyst for Sauna360, you will play a key role in connecting demand signals to manufacturing execution. You’ll spend much of your time working deeply with data. You will transform large, complex datasets into meaningful insights. These insights will directly inform production, inventory, and supply chain decisions. Reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you’ll work closely with a tight-knit cross-functional team across sales, marketing, operations, procurement, and production. Success in this role will depend not only on your technical expertise, but also your ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions without direct authority.

This is a highly data-driven role where you’ll develop forecasting models, create reporting tools, and help guide decision-making in constrained supply scenarios (for example, resolving how limited product is allocated). Your work will directly impact how efficiently we operate and how well we meet customer demand.

If you excel in a collaborative, analytical environment and enjoy building models, this role gives you a chance to create measurable impact. You will influence how we plan, produce, and deliver to our customers.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Are you motivated by the challenge of turning complex data into clear business direction? Spend a significant portion of your time on large datasets. Analyze, structure, and translate this data to generate valuable insights that inform demand, supply, and operational decisions.
  • Are you skilled at building forecasts that teams can rely on? Develop and continuously refine consensus demand plans using statistical modeling, historical trends, and business inputs, while improving forecast accuracy over time through thoughtful analysis and iteration.
  • Can you connect planning to real-world execution? Translate demand signals into actionable production and supply plans, helping balance manufacturing capacity with customer demand, including making informed decisions during limited supply conditions.
  • Do you like building tools that others rely on? Design and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and predictive models using advanced Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to fill a key capability gap and elevate how the team uses data.
  • Are you comfortable influencing decisions without direct authority? Partner closely with sales, marketing, operations, sourcing, and production teams, using data and clear insights to align collaborators and drive decisions across the business.
  • Do you enjoy solving supply chain challenges proactively? Analyze supply chain performance, identify risks and inefficiencies, and collaborate across functions to improve material flow, reduce disruptions, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Can you thrive in a collaborative, data-driven environment? Work closely with a tight-knit team and report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, contributing to planning processes like S&OP, supporting scenario and capacity planning, and helping the team make faster, smarter decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain analytics in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with data analysis and working with large datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting tools)
  • Experience building forecasting models and predictive analytics solutions
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
  • Solid understanding of forecasting techniques, inventory management, and supply chain principles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Ability to work effectively within a close, collaborative team and contribute to a strong team fit
