We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support hiring across both our game development teams and broader business functions. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across disciplines—including Art, Design, Engineering, Production, and business teams—to attract and hire exceptional talent.
As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will drive full-cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, and influence hiring decisions through data and market insights. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and building strong partnerships across a diverse set of stakeholders.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and leadership across game and business teams to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines, including Art, Design, Engineering, Production, and business functions.
Source and engage passive candidates using creative and strategic approaches tailored to specialized talent markets.
Manage multiple searches simultaneously, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and timely delivery against hiring goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market insights, talent mapping, and data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including sourcing, compensation, HR, and recruiting operations to drive hiring outcomes.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
Influence hiring decisions through structured assessment, calibration, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements, recruiting initiatives, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Support and mentor others on the team through knowledge sharing, interview best practices, and sourcing strategies.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on game industry recruiting preferred
Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple disciplines, including a mix of creative (Art/Design), technical (Engineering), and production roles.
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
Strong sourcing capability with a track record of engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using data and insights to influence hiring strategies and outcomes.
Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for both game development teams and business functions.
Experience working in-house at a gaming, entertainment, or tech company.
Familiarity with applicant tracking and CRM systems such as Workday and Eightfold
Strong understanding of game development disciplines and the gaming industry
Experience participating in industry events and building external talent networks.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
