Our client in the Hartford, Connecticut area is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join their team in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will bring strong full-cycle recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings across departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from intake through offer stage
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Track candidate activity and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the process
  • Support recruitment reporting, onboarding coordination, and other HR-related projects as needed



Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an HR, corporate, or agency setting
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple job types
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting for professional, administrative, or corporate roles
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Prior experience in a contract or contract-to-hire environment is a plus



Compensation

$26.13-$30.25 Hourly
