Marketing Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Analyze appointment availability data and identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities to improve access across outpatient services.
• Work closely with clinic operations and provider scheduling teams to develop insights that support more effective calendar utilization and patient access.
• Review performance metrics and create reports that help stakeholders understand trends related to scheduling, demand, and operational efficiency.
• Apply analytical tools and marketing measurement platforms to assess outcomes, support decision-making, and track key performance indicators.
• Recommend workflow adjustments based on data findings to strengthen appointment availability and improve the overall access experience.
• Maintain and interpret data from analytics and CRM-related systems to support reporting accuracy and actionable business insight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align analysis with organizational goals and communicate findings in a clear, practical format.
Qualifications:
• Experience in marketing analytics with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and measurable outcomes.• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for reporting, trend evaluation, and performance measurement.
• Working knowledge of Google AdWords and CRM marketing tools in support of campaign and audience analysis.
• Strong background in data analysis, including interpreting large datasets and presenting findings to business partners.
• Familiarity with access management concepts, especially as they relate to appointment availability and scheduling performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operational stakeholders in a healthcare, hospital, or social assistance environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Compensation
