HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day human resources operations by handling employee inquiries, maintaining documentation, and assisting with general HR administration.
• Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of required paperwork, system access, and policy acknowledgments.
• Coordinate benefits-related activities, including enrollments, updates, and employee support for available programs.
• Administer leave processes such as medical and other absences, tracking cases carefully and helping ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and consistency.
• Maintain and update HRIS records to support data accuracy, reporting needs, and smooth personnel administration.
• Assist with payroll and pension coordination by preparing information, validating details, and following established timelines.
• Support mobility-related and global HR activities, including required documentation and administrative follow-through.
• Contribute to compliance efforts by preparing records, supporting regulatory filings, and helping keep HR processes aligned with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a broad HR Generalist or similar human resources role.
• Practical experience in employee relations, HR administration, and onboarding support.
• Working knowledge of benefits coordination, leave of absence administration, and medical leave processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain accurate employee data and records.
• Experience supporting compliance-related documentation, filings, and HR operational processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across payroll, pension, and other cross-functional HR activities.
• Exposure to global HR or mobility support in United Kingdom- Required
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
