Guest Services Coordinator

Compensation: $23 to $25 Hourly

We are looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to support clients and families by organizing service access, managing ongoing care coordination, and delivering responsive assistance in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a Contract position focused on guiding intake, referrals, and service follow-up for individuals receiving Medicaid-related support. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a service-minded approach to working with clients, community partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
• Manage an active group of clients receiving Medicaid-related services, ensuring records, follow-up activities, and care coordination tasks remain current and accurate.
• Guide new clients through intake and referral steps, helping connect them with appropriate in-home support and related resources.
• Work closely with caregivers, providers, and partner organizations to confirm services are delivered in alignment with program guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Conduct routine client outreach, assessments, and home visits when needed to identify changing needs and support updates to care plans.
• Address service concerns and escalated issues with professionalism, using sound judgment to resolve problems and protect the client experience.
• Support daily office operations by organizing priorities, tracking service deliverables, and contributing to an efficient and collaborative work environment.
• Represent the organization at community meetings, outreach events, and referral partner gatherings to strengthen relationships and promote available services.
• Complete required enrollments and documentation in relevant service platforms and maintain compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Sociology, or a related field.
• Prior experience supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, or similar client populations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and partners.
• Proficiency with computers and web-based systems used for documentation, enrollment, and service coordination.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to dependable attendance, professionalism, and high-quality customer service.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Compensation

$23.00-$25.00 Hourly
