Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily service activity by preparing work orders and maintaining an organized dispatch schedule.
• Arrange technician assignments, confirm appointment details, and adjust schedules as service needs change.
• Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to customers in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Provide timely updates to customers, address questions, and ensure clear communication throughout the service process.
• Monitor open requests closely and follow through on next steps to keep work progressing without delay.
• Learn company products and services quickly in order to support accurate scheduling and customer interactions.
• Maintain an orderly office environment and assist with routine administrative and workspace upkeep tasks.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, call center support, or logistics coordination.• Ability to manage several tasks at once in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented, empathetic, and service-oriented approach.
• Comfortable using computer-based dispatching tools and general office systems.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency with consistent follow-up and attention to detail.
• All candidates are required to undergo screening processes.
• Ability to work on-site; this is not a remote position.
Compensation
