Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director
Responsibilities:
• Lead complete payroll processing for a workforce of more than 500 employees, ensuring each payroll cycle is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Administer bi-monthly payroll activities from data review through final approval, resolving discrepancies before processing is finalized.
• Manage payroll operations across multiple states while applying applicable wage, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Use ADP Workforce Now to maintain payroll records, validate employee data, run payroll reports, and support ongoing payroll administration.
• Review earnings, deductions, taxes, and time-related inputs to ensure all payroll calculations are correct and compliant.
• Partner with HR, finance, and other internal teams to address payroll questions, investigate issues, and support employee needs.
• Monitor payroll procedures and recommend improvements that strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
• Support payroll-related system or process updates when needed, including adjustments tied to platform or workflow changes.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle payroll in a high-volume environment.• Strong working knowledge of multi-state payroll practices and related compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and reporting.
• Background overseeing bi-monthly payroll schedules with consistent accuracy and timeliness.
• Experience supporting payroll for employee populations exceeding 500 workers.
• Ability to analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation
