Financial Analyst/Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support budgeting, long-range planning, and business performance evaluations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then present practical recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses that translate key metrics into actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business initiatives, improve financial visibility, and support strategic planning efforts.
• Review financial results for accuracy and alignment with accounting guidance, internal policies, and organizational objectives.
• Use data analysis techniques and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools where appropriate, to improve reporting quality and decision support.
• Evaluate profitability, cost drivers, and resource allocation to help leadership prioritize investments and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related managerial accounting environment.• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and interpreting large or complex data sets.
• Strong background in financial analysis and strategic evaluation to support business planning and performance management.
• Working knowledge of accounting guidance and the ability to apply sound financial judgment in a business setting.
• Experience using data analysis methods and tools to deliver clear, decision-ready insights.
• Familiarity with AI or advanced analytics tools in a finance or reporting context is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings effectively to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Compensation
