Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day benefit activities, including enrollment support, employee updates, and issue resolution across available programs.
• Review compensation and benefits information to identify discrepancies, support reporting, and help maintain accurate records.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to address benefit questions and improve service delivery.
• Administer leave-related processes, including FMLA tracking, documentation follow-up, and compliance support.
• Analyze benefit usage and program data to assist with recommendations, audits, and ongoing process improvements.
• Prepare clear communication materials that explain compensation and benefit offerings to employees and managers.
• Maintain organized documentation for benefits administration, policy updates, and required compliance reporting.
Qualifications:
• Experience working in compensation and benefits administration, benefits coordination, or a closely related HR function.• Knowledge of core benefit functions, including enrollments, employee support, and vendor communication.
• Familiarity with benefits analysis and the ability to interpret data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and related leave administration practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and confidential information responsibly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, and internal teams.
