Accounting Manager
Are you an experienced Property Accountant seeking an exciting new opportunity in the heart of New York City? Look no further!
I’m thrilled to share that my client, a highly regarded family office with an extensive real estate portfolio is actively looking for a talented Manager of Property Accounting to join their team. Their portfolio consists mainly of Commercial Properties (Class A + strip malls). They have been acquiring new properties over the last several years and have more than 80+ properties.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Property Accountant looking to take on a managerial role.
The Controller is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Property Accountant who is ready to make an immediate impact—and grow within the company long term.
As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).
These clients are located in NYC/Midtown.
Compensation is based on experience:
Manager of Property Accounting between $115k - $140k base + discretionary bonus
Who are you?
- MUST have property accounting experience, with a portfolio focusing on Commercial
- Experience with CAMS
- Experience with MRI is preferred will look at Yardi experience
- A minimum of a BA/BS in accounting from a top accredited school
- 5+ years of experience.
Exceptional communications skills are required. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along your fellow colleagues is crucial. He or she must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company.
