Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming questions and requests, providing attentive and timely support to staff, clients, and partners.
• Handle challenging customer interactions with patience and sound judgment, working to resolve concerns and create positive outcomes.
• Manage a variety of office support duties such as preparing mail, scanning records, processing documents, entering data, and maintaining organized digital files.
• Review and complete forms within company systems, ensuring information is accurate, current, and properly recorded.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities by checking service authorizations for completeness, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating follow-up corrections.
• Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and related administrative activities to help maintain efficient team workflows.
• Use tools such as Adobe, DocuSign, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Excel to track information, prepare documentation, and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies, regulatory expectations, and established procedures while maintaining confidentiality and consistent documentation standards.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar business support role.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively by phone, email, and in person.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a detail-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general comfort using digital platforms, document management tools, and CRM systems.
• Ability to solve routine problems independently and make sound decisions when addressing customer or workflow issues.
• Experience with scheduling, calendar support, document handling, and data entry tasks.
• Willingness to participate in training and ongoing skill development to remain effective in the role.
Compensation
