Contracts Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Administer contract-related records and documentation to support government contracting activities with accuracy and consistency.
• Review agreements, supporting files, and administrative materials to help ensure completeness, proper tracking, and timely follow-up.
• Assist with contract coordination tasks, including updates, status monitoring, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain organized files and reporting materials while protecting confidential information and handling sensitive data with discretion.
• Support pricing, negotiation preparation, and contract management activities through careful document review and administrative follow-through.
• Apply established procedures and regulatory guidance when assisting with federal contract administration processes.
• Work independently in a remote environment, using reliable internet access to manage assigned responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in legal administration, contract administration, grants administration, or a closely related area is preferred.• Exposure to federal contracting regulations is preferred, though candidates without direct regulatory experience may still be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contract administration or contract management tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and prioritize multiple assignments.
• Proven judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with dependable internet access.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations, contract pricing, or related support activities is beneficial.
