Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative support activities to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.
• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and responding to inbound phone calls with careful attention to detail.
• Maintain organized records, documents, and files to support accurate office administration.
• Enter and update information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate routine front-desk and receptionist tasks, including directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with general office duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of administrative materials.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or similar role.• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls and provide detail-oriented front-desk support.
• Experience performing data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of general administrative office procedures and daily office operations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Compensation
