Our client is hiring a Senior Accounting professional who’s also a NetSuite power user to take ownership of the system and elevate how finance operates day to day.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Lead month-end close improvements inside NetSuite
• Clean up and optimize financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
• Own chart of accounts, data integrity, and system workflows
• Partner with operations on inventory, costing, and financial visibility
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements that make accounting faster + cleaner
• Act as the go-to person for NetSuite within the finance team

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Senior Accountant (or similar) background with full month-end close ownership
• Strong NetSuite experience (power user mindset)
• Experience with inventory, costing, or manufacturing accounting is a big plus
• 5+ years of accounting experience with systems exposure
• Accounting or Finance degree (CPA is a plus)
• Someone who’s been in the trenches and knows where systems should work better

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial systems, or a related role.

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite in a finance, manufacturing, or distribution environment.

• Solid background in financial analysis, including KPI development, inventory valuation, and ad hoc reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate workflows and improve cross-functional business processes.

• Experience creating reports and dashboards that support operational and executive decision-making.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

• Proven ability to manage requirements, testing, and implementation activities for system enhancements or projects.

Compensation

$100,000.00-$140,000.00 Yearly
