Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, employees, and vendors with a courteous and attentive approach while ensuring a positive front office experience.
• Oversee daily reception area operations by keeping the front desk neat, organized, and ready to support incoming visitors and calls.
• Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, taking accurate messages and directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
• Receive incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, then sort and distribute items promptly to the correct departments or individuals.
• Coordinate meeting logistics by scheduling appointments and helping manage conference room availability and readiness.
• Provide general administrative support through tasks such as data entry, document filing, scanning, copying, and record organization.
• Monitor office supply inventory and arrange replenishment orders to help maintain uninterrupted daily operations.
• Respond to questions from clients, staff, and external partners in a timely manner while following established visitor and office security procedures.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar administrative support role.• Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-line phone or switchboard system in a busy office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic clerical work, including filing, scanning, copying, and accurate data entry.
• Ability to stay organized, handle multiple priorities, and maintain a well-kept reception area.
• Comfortable interacting with visitors, employees, and vendors while providing timely and courteous support.
• Solid understanding of office procedures, confidentiality expectations, and workplace security practices.
Compensation
