Document Controller
Responsibilities:
• Digitize paper records by scanning documents and uploading them into designated Google Drive folders with consistent organization
• Sort, label, and arrange files so that documents can be retrieved quickly and maintained in an orderly manner
• Handle incoming mail and related paperwork, ensuring items are routed and filed appropriately
• Prepare physical records for storage, scanning, or secure disposal based on document handling procedures
• Dispose of outdated or approved materials through confidential shredding practices
• Review scanned files for clarity, completeness, and proper placement within digital repositories
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting document control, records management, or administrative file handling activities• Ability to scan, compile, and organize large volumes of documents with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital file storage platforms such as Google Drive
• Comfortable handling repetitive processing tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Ability to manage physical documents, including sorting, filing, and shredding materials as needed
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep records structured and easy to access
