HR Director
Responsibilities:
• Create and drive a global human resources strategy that aligns talent priorities with overall business objectives.
• Advise executive leaders on headcount planning, organizational structure, leadership continuity, and change initiatives.
• Direct key HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance programs, total rewards, recruitment, learning initiatives, and daily HR operations.
• Maintain compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements across U.S. and international locations.
• Establish and refine HR policies and programs that promote consistency while addressing regional legal and market differences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve engagement, retention, leadership growth, and broader organizational initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members across multiple regions to build a responsive and high-performing function.
• Provide expert guidance on sensitive employee matters, workplace investigations, and risk reduction strategies.
• Oversee international mobility matters such as immigration support, expatriate coordination, and cross-border employment needs.
• Use workforce data, HR analytics, and process evaluations to improve decision-making, support organizational growth, and contribute to integration activities tied to mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience leading human resources strategy at a senior level within complex or multi-location organizations.• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, compensation and benefits, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
• Experience managing HR teams and supporting employees across multiple regions or international environments.
• Ability to handle sensitive workplace issues, investigations, and compliance matters with sound judgment.
• Proficiency in using HR metrics and workforce insights to guide decisions and improve business outcomes.
• Familiarity with global mobility, immigration, and cross-border employment considerations is preferred.
Compensation
