Leasing Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office, providing courteous and attentive assistance in person and by phone.
• Respond to inbound calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay accurate information in a timely manner.
• Maintain leasing and administrative records by entering, updating, and reviewing data for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide day-to-day clerical support such as filing documents, preparing correspondence, and organizing office materials.
• Assist the leasing team with scheduling, document collection, and follow-up communication related to prospective and current residents.
• Support reception and general office coverage to help ensure smooth daily operations during assigned part-time hours.
• Track paperwork and administrative tasks carefully so deadlines and internal processes remain on schedule.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role.• Previous experience handling inbound phone calls and front-desk or receptionist responsibilities.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while staying organized in a fast-paced office setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with standard office tools and general administrative procedures.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work a part-time schedule of approximately 25 hours per week.
Compensation
