osition Overview

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Support team goals related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-volume customer support environment
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and order entry systems



Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls efficiently while maintaining a detail-focused and helpful approach.
• Experience with order entry and strong attention to detail when processing customer information.
• Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-up, clarification, or issue resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and accurate.
• Proven commitment to delivering dependable customer support and building positive customer interactions.

Compensation

$22.80-$26.40 Hourly
