Customer Service Representative

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support a 3-day event in Oxnard. This role will focus on scanning items into a system while providing a positive, efficient experience for attendees.
Key Responsibilities: Scan items accurately into the system using handheld devices Assist attendees with questions and provide general event support Ensure data entry is accurate and completed in real-time Maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment Work collaboratively with the event team to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or event experience preferred Comfortable using technology (scanners, basic computer systems) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Friendly, detail oriented demeanor Ability to stay on your feet and work in a fast-paced setting

Compensation

$19.79-$22.91 Hourly
