Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day front-line service operations in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys helping customers in person and over the phone. The person in this role will provide dependable administrative and customer support while learning additional duties through cross-training to strengthen team coverage.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers professionally and provide timely assistance with questions, requests, and service needs.
• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments while maintaining a courteous and efficient experience.
• Sort, distribute, and manage daily mail and related correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform administrative support tasks that help keep daily office and customer service operations running smoothly.
• Build familiarity with additional team functions through cross-training to provide broader coverage when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with coworkers and customers to ensure issues are addressed promptly and appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing support role.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner.
• Ability to direct incoming calls accurately and handle multiple requests throughout the day.
• Comfortable managing routine administrative duties, including mail handling and general office support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn new processes through cross-training.

Compensation

$18.00-$20.00 Hourly
