HR Director
Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational planning, and performance support across the organization.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to maintain external competitiveness, internal consistency, and alignment with applicable regulations.
• Serve as the lead administrator for UKG Pro, managing system functionality related to reporting, analytics, timekeeping, and talent management.
• Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and practices to meet California employment requirements and healthcare industry standards.
• Partner with leadership to assess staffing needs, recommend workforce strategies, and support department-level planning decisions.
• Provide guidance on employee concerns, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution while promoting fair and consistent practices.
• Monitor HR metrics and generate actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and operational improvements.
• Ensure accurate HR administration and documentation while maintaining readiness for audits and regulatory review.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience leading human resources functions at a director level, preferably within a healthcare environment.• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, compensation, benefits, and compliance requirements.
• Proven expertise with UKG Pro, including use of reporting tools, timekeeping functionality, and talent management features.
• Solid understanding of California labor laws and HR practices within highly regulated settings.
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in an onsite environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive leadership approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
